"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was in a perfect location just across from a lovely sandy beach with clear waters. Very peaceful & the hotel and grounds were well designed & maintained. Lots of shops, restaurants close by but we were happy as we'd chosen half board to eat at the hotel. On arrival Marianna was very welcoming & friendly & explained everything to us, we were taken to our room in a golf buggy which was nice. We had a bottle of wine on arrival in our room which was perfect. The room itself was not what I was expecting it had been refurbished but furniture was old & dated. The twin showers were very spacious but not private. This in my opinion was not 5* We luckily could move to a different room the next day in the afternoon they were full so we were happy to wait. I paid for an upgraded room which was very smart, nicely furnished &much nicer It was worth the extra."

"We stayed at the villa with a group of 17 people to celebrate my 60th birthday; our ages ranged from 2 to 77. The stay was nearly perfect. Our hosts, Roula and Stavros, came by every morning to clean the outdoor area, including the kitchen. The pool was also cleaned daily, and our trash was taken away. Furthermore, we were treated every day to delicious cake, doughnuts, raki, or red wine—all homemade by them and absolutely wonderful. The weather was also nearly perfect, with five sunny days in October and temperatures reaching up to 26°C (79°F). We made great use of the pool and the sun loungers. The house is truly well-equipped, containing everything from a toaster to a washing machine. The surrounding area, featuring Lake Kournas, is also beautiful, and all shopping facilities are within a maximum distance of 4 km. You can also enjoy excellent meals by the lake. We also grew very fond of Georgia, who prepared a fantastic meal for my birthday celebration—everyone was absolutely delighted by it. Georgia’s taverna is right next door, and I can 100% recommend it for its delicious food and hospitality. Finally, I would like to thank Roula and Stavros once again for such a wonderful stay. Communication with them via WhatsApp or phone was exemplary, friendly, and accommodating throughout. Thank you so much for everything—Benno & family."

"Lovely room and pool. Location is very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around the corner, as well as the beach. Room was spotless every day, fresh towels and sheets after each clean. Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. The only con to this hotel is the hair dryer. If you have thick, low-porosity hair, it will not work. I’d suggest bringing your own."
