"Front desk staff was exceptional"

"You get what u pay for overcharched at 120 a night as cockroaches were plentiful. Avoid tjis place. The staff was awesome. Cockroaches galore"

"When cleaning the rooms like most hotels, you should have your staff rinse off the air filters for your HVAC systems as part of cleaning the rooms, the walls in each hotel room should be wiped off at least once a week or minimum 2 times a month. The walls of the room where nasty. And with the new wood/vinyl flooring when you mop use clean water for each room a couple times a month. "

"So wonderful in nearly every way. Food was meh. Bathroom has no fan so towels didn’t dry fully. Other than that it’s beautiful, clean, perfect location "

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."
