Nice quiet stay close to Surfside beach. Units are set up for short term leases for traveling contractors Checking in was easy and staff is super friendly. I was hoping for food trucks at the bar but none on the Sat we stayed. We will stay again.

Very nice staff and rooms are always clean. Nice and safe environment. Just wish we had discounted rooms for the union workers that travel and work long hours. It’s a lot of us that would love to drive 5min from the job site other than 20min away and risk falling asleep on the road

What an amazing stay!! This is the definition of a home away from home. We arrived late at night and the staff was kind enough to wait for us to let us in. They have a bar and live music which is very cool ‘, However the environment is very calm and quiet so its nice. The staff is friendly, rooms are affordable, and cozy. The beach is like 10min away and the local restaurants and coffee shops are awesome. Were definitely coming back !!

Convenient Extended Stay in Freeport

It’s clean, new, and comfy place to crash for night. The suite comes with a small kitchen and kitchenware, laundry and nice TV and WiFi. The bath is clean too. Just low supply of soap and towels in the room makes you probably ask for additional supply, which is not a big deal anyway. Overall good stay and I recommend the place

This was an excellent place to stay. I actually can't believe it was not more. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed or wanted. They also have a bar with a stage for live music as well as a work out room with anything you need and a rec room. This is only 10 to 30 minutes as the most away from all the stores or beaches you want to go to. And the museums are worth checking out as well. But the best part was the staff. They were so friendly. They made you feel like you were visiting family. I give this place a 10 star rating out of 10. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in the area. Thank you and God Bless you all for all your help and friendliness.

This place was above my expectations. With it being so affordable I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was blown away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was everything needed. Everything was very clean. Absolutely loved the Gravel Bar being right there as well.

Here’s what was good: parking is very convenient to room, area is very quiet, rooms are nice, we’ll-appointed with kitchenette and W/D, everything works and is in good order. Good price. Here’s what I didn’t like: the check in was too long/complicated for an overnight stay. The bed was SO uncomfortable to me (my partner thought it was fine but he’s not as picky).

We only stayed one night, but this property is equipped for a much longer stay. The rental units are pre-fab buildings with 4 units per building. You can park right next to your building. They also have an RV park and a bar. They say they are expanding to include live music and a food truck park soon. The location is not near much of anything so some kind of eatery or at least snacks available for purchase would be nice. Pros: this property is quiet and feels safe. Parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen, recliner, and even a washer and dryer. Very clean. Everything in the room is is good condition. Price was excellent. Cons: the bed. So, so hard and uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep well due to the bed, so I will not stay here again unless that changes.
