"The hotel is in a great location, literally a two-minute walk to downtown Wolfeboro, which was definitely the biggest plus for us. Our room was clean, and our interactions with the front desk were perfectly fine. We did not eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. Our room, I believe #105, was right next to the check-in area and was a handicap-accessible room. The window was basically at ground level, and between that and the room lighting, it felt a little dark. The hotel does have a small beach area, but unfortunately it really wasn’t set up to be enjoyed. There were only about seven lounge chairs for the entire hotel, and they weren’t very comfortable. There were also three Adirondack chairs, one of which was broken. There were no beach towels or umbrellas available. Luckily, we had brought our own beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The area where the “pool toys,” floats, etc. were stored was locked, so none of those were available to use either. Just to clarify, there is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was also a firepit, but we were told it couldn’t be used due to fire department restrictions because of the dry conditions, which is obviously understandable. One thing that really surprised me was how much unused potential the hotel has. There is a good-sized porch off one of the function rooms that would have been a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee, but there were no chairs or seating out there at all. "The room was clean and so were the grounds. The playarea by the pools is great- big and well maintained! Our daughter loved it! The pools were nice. Staff is very friendly! Would recommend for anyone, especially families. We didn’t take advantage but they have nightly ice cream socials and family movies. Very family friendly."

"We were in the area for a concert. It was our first time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were attentive to our needs. Checking in was very easy, the hallways and room were very clean. Our grandchildren used the hotel's pool which was well kept up. Strongly recommend this hotel as a location to enjoy the surrounding lakes and Laconia."

"This was a perfect place for our quick overnight stay and will stay again. I found the bed too hard for my liking. I prefer a firm bed yet this felt hard. Suggest adding a place for two people to place travel bags off the floor. We appreciated coffee in the entryway Cafe rather than Keurig in the room, the touch sensitive lighting, and loved the contactless check in, easy parking for no additional fee, and the area was peaceful and very convenient to where we were going. Offsite food was not an issue for us, we found a new favorite restaurant by exploring a little bit!"
