"Parking was GREAT! We love cabins where you don't have to haul 200 lbs. of luggage and gear up 3 flights of stairs. At Cozy Bear, you can back right up to the front door and be fully unloaded and in the cabin in under 10 minutes (without huffing and puffing)! This unassuming charmer took our breath away! A very simple, understated front masks a clean and surprisingly spacious two bedroom cabin. We were immediately struck with the outrageous view of Lake Gregory and the northern range of the San Gabriel mountains beyond! It was beautiful in daylight, but mysteriously turns into "Shipwreck Cove" at night as the cabins and street-lights across the lake sparkle! Truly magical! The kitchen is well stocked with all the spices you could want to prepare an amazing meal, warm up some hot chocolate or pop some popcorn for a show while you curl up on the very comfortable sofa. Easy TV and Streaming service access. We used Prime and then remotely logged out after we got home. The remotes don't require an IT degree to figure out either, so that was nice. Comfy beds downstairs and the western motif adds charm and the washer dryer was right there in the hall so no hauling clothes to the other side of the cabin like some do. Communication was fast and easy in the app. Great host! We had a great time... we HIGHLY recommend this cabin for these reason and so many more. This one is in our top 5 VRBO rentals! We are coming back!!"

"Loved this house! It was very unique. It rained our whole trip and we enjoyed playing game privately fed and watching TV by the fireplace. Beautiful outside deck but we were unable to use because of the weather. Hosts were very responsive when questions arose. Would come back to this rental in the future!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. But the best part that we didnt expect in this multi-generational trip was that this home was like 2 houses in 1 and you cannot tell this by looking at the pictures. Everything you could possibly need (ie: kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, deck, grill, etc.) was at base level and within easy access for our older people. But then, there is the downstairs with its own deck, bathroom, bar, t.v., bedrooms, living area-the younger kids took over this bottom floor and they had such a blast. Everyone had privacy and yet we were all together enjoying our vacation. What a beautiful home and perfect for a family getaway."

"This place had a spot for all of us. The “older crew” stayed mainly on the top level. 1 bed was super comfy while the other bedroom had a firmer mattress which was perfect for me. I also loved being able to shut the bedroom hall door so no extra noise from kitchen or living room. That big beautiful moose was such a highlight. The next level was perfect for the younger (30 year) and the huge TV’s helped on the two levels as well as the magnificent view that was with all levels. There were fans above all beds with an additional floor fan available if needed. The central air conditioner worked great though so we really did not need them on a very hot week. Obviously after a day on the lake, to relax in the hot tub was so much fun for the 6 year old who loved the pretty lights in it. As well as the game room, pool table and all the fun arcades there. All was clean and well stocked. A major plus was how wonderful the host was. Communication and so friendly. Definitely will be looking into this again. A truly relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable time in this cabin."
