"The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool table and dartboard were great. Location was excellent as it was only a half mile walk to the market and shopping area. Will definitely stay again!"

"Flexible and accommodating owner. Quiet neighborhood. Great views. Cooking suppose we’re great. The bear room and lake view was my favorite. With improvements I feel this could be a great rental. When we booked, we didn’t know there was a tenant below. We thought it was an entire home to ourselves as listed. It was not disclosed until we received the home instructions. However, we just reviewed the listing on vrbo and it looks like that information has been added. The water temp will go in and out. The living room Ac was good and strong. During a heat advisory, it would be good to have a portable Ac in the rooms because they do tent to get warm even with the fans. Shared parking space is tight. It will not fit a bigger car like a truck. It’s difficult to get in and out of because it’s a downhill parking spot and pretty tight since the other parking spot is shared with the tenant. We’re private people so having a tenant below made it difficult to enjoy the deck as much as of we would of liked. The tenants were great. Didn’t bother us or make noise. It’s just our privacy preference. Cleanliness in some areas and Amenities ( access to dishwasher soap, toilet paper and paper towels can improve). I was able to share this with the owner and they were open to feedback. Overall, it was an ok experience. Owner is open to feedback and accommodating. My hope is some of this feedback is taken into consideration for future guests because the lake view is beautiful!"

"Our time at the Lazy Bear Cabin for Six was very nice and relaxing. The Jacuzzi and outdoor living area was beautiful and peaceful and well used. I loved watching the nature and wildlife from the living room window area. Deer, squirrels and plenty of birds were fun to watch!The beds, linens and towels were very comfortable, and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen of dinnerware and cookware. Communication was excellent. Thank you Jennifer for your addressing our hiccups so quickly. Our one caveat, is for those who don’t do well with stairs. To load and unload your belongings is a nice little workout as you navigate the stairs to get up to the cabin. Our family didn’t mind the steps, but others may. But once you unpack, just relax and enjoy the cabin. We absolutely recommend the Lazy Bear Cabin for its comfort, cleanliness and communication. We will be back."

"Beautiful cabin with modern upgrades. Semi lake view, Mt Baldy view and sunset views. Pet friendly and very cozy. Perfect location for a getaway. Neighborhood is quiet yet a 3 min drive to the village/lake. "

"We loved our time at Lake Gregory. We have been wanting to come check out the Lake for a couple summers but haven't been able to make it up. We decided to do it this year for our son's 10th birthday. The house was clean and spacious and had just about everything you could need! The weather was absolutely perfect and we loved walking the trail around the lake. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing get-away. "

"Wonderful stay for our family including grandparents and toddlers. Well stocked and rooms on the top and bottom floor to accommodate all. One thing to note is that there is a open stairwell to the bottom floor, we had a baby so set up a physical barrier with luggage to make sure there was no accidental falls, but something to note in case you have littles :). We appreciate all the amenities and the great location to the grocery store."
