"Needs better receptionist "

"The room was clean and nice. The phone in the room did not work. I asked for more towels and they were place on the floor outside my room. All the staff were not on the same page communication wise and they were rude because of it. Even when I did call the front desk off of my phone, an employee that was on the phone laughed at me."

"We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy."
