"Booked the room 3 days in advance. When i arrived they said there wasn't any rooms available. After an hour of checking he found my reservation but my room was in the middle of renovation and the door wouldn't open from the outside so he climbed through the window to open the room to show me. It was full of mattresses and construction supplies. They cleaned most of it out and put new bedding on one bed and put up a shower curtain. By this time it's after 2am and i just wanted to take a shower and get a couple hours of sleep. Next surprise wad they didn't have any towels and wash cloths or curtains for the windows right next to the bed i was sleeping in. I did not go back for the second night!"
"Facilities were okay. Breakfast was decent. Parking however is a big problem. Hotel did sent one email about the parking but as I was visiting during the weekend assumed I will get outside parking. There was no open parking available so had to park in the reserved parking with parking fees. "
"House was clean but had a dog smell. Not sure if it was in the furniture or the wood floor. Had a little salamander? In the back room by the laundry. Furnishings and kitchen items were all adequate.

"The grounds were very clean. The lobby was very clean, very quiet environment, beautiful body of water on the backside of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
