"They told me my reservation was no good and would not refund my money because they was already booked in full and had no rooms left. I did not stay due to this. He was very rude when he was telling me they did not have room for people like me."

"I was first struck by the sign stating the hotel was renovated which could be far from the truth, infact the room floor looks like it was coming up , the refrigerator wasn't getting cold at all and dirty inside, the bathroom tub was disgusting it had paint everywhere on the inside and the sink didn't have a stopper in it so this was my first and last time staying there I'm sorry it was a terrible experience"

"Kiosk is horrible! It says you will be greeted by an employee at the front desk, no where does it say you have to deal with a kiosk for everything. It’s a nightmare to get someone in person to come and help you in the lobby. Rooms were okay for the most part, could have been cleaner. The walls and bed head rests need to be wiped down. The vents in the bathroom look as if they haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Outside reeked of pot, a lot of foot travelers walking through the parking lot. Wasn’t the best stay but wasn’t the worst either. "
