"We stayed here for a dance competition weekend and it was amazing! The staff was very nice and we were able to find something to eat all day long, and door dash had no issues finding us. The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean and soo fresh for after being in the sun all day. We did not get to enjoy the pools but the looked beautifull! Land shark had amazing lunch and license to chill had amazing breakfast!!!! We hope to go back soon."

"This property was perfect for my family and I. We stayed for a wedding at Iron Manor and this property was the perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, we had a wonderful view of the lake, and everything that we needed was provided for us. Highly recommended. "

"The house is big and ideal for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. We did go up to the 8 people that you can potentially fit and two of us slept on the couch which was comfy. The dinning area, could use more chairs. We wanted to eat together and to spread out in the bar and dinning area. But the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms are well stocked up with things you need to cook or heat up meals. We also ended up using the grill and it was awesome. The pool was clean, a few mosquitos even for this time of the year but manageable. I do think the cleaning overall can be stepped up a bit. We did have to clear some spider webs on the main door, back doors and a few dead bugs were found throughout the property. The guest bathroom had long hairs on the floor (I presume from cleaning crew) It was a nice stay, great AC, all fans worked, roomy showers. Comfortable mattresses. "

"The Marlin House was awesome, can’t wait to return! There were no issues utilizing the ramp access or the boat slip for my 22’ center console with T-top. 120v is available at the boat slip if needed. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. Very satisfied. "

"Lake view was nice, just couldn't fish because of the water activities going on. The cleanliness of the house inside was fine, except for the bulb bed room had a dog smell in it. Guest couldn't sleep in there. The entrance and patio area could have been cleaned from debris, dust and spider webs. Overall, we we enjoyed ourselves."
