"Jay Peak is one of our favorite places. We have been going for 10 years. The snow is great, the food is delicious and there are friendly people. But the service seems to be getting a little less friendly and the cost is going up. The ski school has policies that aren’t parent friendly and may have safety implications. There are more and more hidden costs, and the staff seemed annoyed when we needed some fresh towels. It’s not convenient to get small kids to lessons in the morning. It also seems that if prices are around $700 a night there could be better valet service. Killington unpacks your car and brings it to your room and parks the car!!! "
Spacious ski-in, ski-out 2-BR Jay Peak Village Condo, right on trail. A/C incl.!
10/10 Excellent
"This condo was everything we were expecting and needing for our stay at Jay Peak. We had easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes by literally walking out the front door! Check in was a breeze via the clear communication and instructions provided by the host. Beds were comfy with nice soft sheets. Bathrooms were well stocked with clean towels and kitchen stocked with just about everything you could need for a home-cooked meal. We would definately consider renting from Deb again in the future. Thank you so much!-Adam and Sarah"
"Nice cabin nestled in the woods. Spacious and warm. Last minute booking to be close to Jay Peak. A tree fell across the driveway the morning of departure and Danny, the host, moved it quickly with his tractor. Rosie the dog was a nice surprise visitor as well."
"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Black Lantern Inn. The Inn is location on the main street, and very easy to find. We didn't get to the property until 1:00 AM, and the property were decorated with Christmas lighting, which made it cozy and super easier find the place, especially when it was so dark out. There's a small parking lot between the two buildings, and our room was in the Burdette House. The buildings are vintage, but the room has all the towels and basic shampoos, and shower gel. Beautiful 3 BR ski In Trailside condo. Steps away from WaterPark & Ice Rink
10/10 Excellent
"The condo was very clean, and the check-in process could not have been easier. It's about a three-minute walk to the main lifts, though it is possible in the right conditions to ski through the glades to get back to the condo. It's really very close to the water park and hotel, so the location is excellent. Both of the beds we used were very comfortable! I would definitely recommend. "
