"This was such a lovely home and perfect for our needs. The home was stocked with everything we needed. We hosted our grown children and grandchildren for a Christmas visit. The beds were comfortable and the living area was open to kitchen so everyone could visit. To the owner: If you decide to sell this home let me know! We’re moving back to NWA end of this year beginning of next. I loved it!"

"The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals. They supplied coffee pods, cream & sugar, hand washing soap, trash bags, paper towels…. really just bring your food. the showers included body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. The weather got cold, Temperatures of 18 degrees the morning we left so being able to put car in garage while loading was nice. The big fenced back yard for my dog was great and the hot tub was hot with strong jets. It melted away the stress of driving. We had a wonderful surprise party for my sister who lives in Bella Vista. The party was at my niece’s house not the rental as parties are not allowed per the rules, just to clarify. My mom and I had a lovely trip and staying at the Back 40 made it so nice and easy. i would stay here again. Thank you for being the perfect host. "
