The Matthews House #10B is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex unit that sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred. This house was built in 2021 to provide up to 4 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World! Please note, that this is a duplex unit with an adjoining front unit.

Matthews House #10B features 8ft ceilings, wood vinyl floors, and luxury amenities. There is one bedroom with King Bed, Living Room with a sofa bed, a roll-in shower, and a kitchenette including a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. Access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet is available. Also, don't forget to relax by our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred or play a game of shuffleboard!

Quiet scenic location

Adams Estate is a beautiful, quiet place to stay with a row of cute cottages and landscaped grounds overlooking the scenic lake! The room was comfortable and kitchenette was convenient. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice! When an issue came up, the property manager immediately responded by text. This would be a great spot for a family reunion or wedding as well.
