"This place was a life saver! My flight to NYC was diverted due to engine failure and the airline left us stranded in the island for the night. I found a room at this place online and showed up last minute, with no luggage or chargers, and they could not have been more accommodating or done more to help me. The property is gorgeous, every member of the staff was so kind and attentive, and having a bed to sleep in and a shower was everything. Great place with great people, high recommend!"

"It is located right near the center of the city, which means it is walking distance to many stores, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is excellently designed to exude a sense of calm and relaxation at all times. The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged with a great sense of colour, texture and a unique experience overall. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They are great to even have a quick chat with. I loved the indoor and outdoor pool, with the dry and steam saunas. Very nice touch that I have not seen at other hotels. The food is excellent, very fresh and the chef(s) really are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend staying here."
