A perfect location! 5-8 minute walk to the beach, many cafes and restaurants around, lovely area to explore. We were very happy with our stay, the staff and the breakfast provided in the mornings. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice stay!

We arrived early morning to stay one night for our stopover in Terceira. The staff accommodated us as earlier as possible and allowed us to swap breakfast dates to day of arrival instead of next morning as we had an early flight. The room was spacious and clean.

Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on site seeing as the room is only functional for sleeping and refreshing oneself. The room, common grounds and outdoor amenities were immaculate. The breakfast offered had a variety of fresh food options. The location was great! We had only a five minute walk to restaurants, stores, beach, banks, etc. we will definitely be staying there again.

Time of year October 20th - a bit of raining season. Hotel was very comfortable, location to most things within the island as well as airport. Staff was very helpful. Only negative situation was that we had no hot water in our sink or shower on our second morning. Was to be fixed during the day, ultimately it was not. Early evening after telling front desk that hot water still did not exist, it was fixed. It is possible that I am expecting HOT WATER as an American tourist, but the island might just deliver a lower level of hot. Be aware that 2 beds are not queen size, but small twin size. They worked, but not what a American is used too. I would stay there again as the staff was very helpful and breakfast was good. Hal

Satisfactory hotel near main bus stop

Plusses: Clean room Relatively good breakfast Rather close main bus stop(s) making it easy to go to airport. Minuses: Room was located in the ground floor making it impossible to keep curtains open. Some better room existed in the other building, though

We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport on a 20 hour layover coming home to Toronto. The pool area was lovely and we got to relax and enjoy all day with minimal people. Hotel is walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants and beach. The rooms are outdated but it was still very comfortable and the AC blew ice cold! We had a nice balcony on the 2nd floor. Staff were wonderful and helped organize an early morning taxi for us so we wouldn’t miss our flight home.
