The staff was rude and prohibited my brothers to wear the national dress of the country (kameez/shalwar) which is disgusting to be in the country where you live and eating from.... not just that they made some stupid rules that you have to be shirtless around the pool area and can not go SHAME ON THE STAFF :( bad service ... never coming back ...

It was just an OK hotel but for the price it was tbh not a great place they charged extra and then saying that they have upgraded my room which was pretty small but 1 thing don't stay here since costly

Residency provided the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel abroad. They were extremely helpful in recommending our itinerary each day, organized our driver, etc. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any international traveler to Lahore

Terrible Service
Booked room for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. However upon arrival the hotel was unable to provide extra bed/matress and duvet for the kids. One kid slept on the same bed with us and the second on the small cramped couch. No solution or compensation was offered. They did not even have extra pillows. Really disappointed. The manager did say he will offer complementary lunch as a goodwill, however later even that was not entertained and when asked they refused to comment or get back to us with an answer. Terrible service. Will not recommend going to this hotel especially with family.

Our holiday in Lahore.
We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of consideration from the Health Club Instructors as they played their music very loud which disturbed us. We were in Lahore to attend a couple of weddings so we had a few very late nights and we liked to have a rest in the afternoon. They also have an exercise session on the outdoor patio which happened to be right outside the room where my Sister-in-law was staying. She was ill and was trying to get some rest but the loud music made this impossible. When we reported this to the front desk, they were very accommodating in assuring that the music was lowered. We understand that they have a state of the art gymnasium but they need to also be respectful of the guests who would like quiet. Regardless of this, we would highly recommend this hotel. We booked for 4 days and liked it so much we booked for another 11 days otherwise we would have booked into another hotel.

The room service food at the Residency is quite good, the staff are very attentive and the rooms are quiet. The only issue I have is that sometimes when I book and go to use the gym, they say it's not included in my booking. I don't know how to make sure it is every time, as that's the main reason I keep booking. It has such a great gym!!

Safe hotel but overpriced hotel. This hotel is only okay. Old carpets, my room was close to the kitchen or central production unit and made it noisy. Staff is courteous and helpful. They need to invest money to keep charging the rates they charge. The hotel needs investment and refurbishment. Either this, or lower the prices to reflect an outdated furniture, carpet, atmosphere, decor, style, etc. I would recommend for business and other occasions if you cannot find anything else a. bit more updated. It is okay for one or two nights. Food is not great but the prices suggest so. For instance, they sell "fresh juice" but what they mean is "freshly poured from a plastic tetra pack and extremely sugary".

Good Hotel.
This hotel is located in a quite neighborhood in Lahore, we stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was included, we enjoyed the Pakistani Chai (tea) in the morning with complimentary egg omelet. The hotel manager offered complimentary massage and there was no additional charge for delayed check out.

Hotel with poor wifi and no (or extremly)hot water
The hotel was ok. Staff was friendly, mainly Mr. Sufyan at the front desk. However, poor wifi which makes it difficult to do virtual meetings. Also, issues with hot water, bathroom was not that great. Overall, it's a pricey hotel. Probably, won't stay again if I can find an alternative.

First time here at the Residency. Check in was great experience very prompt. Room spacious and clean . Fruit basket on arrival in room nice touch. Quiet hotel where you can rest after a long tiring 2 days of air travel. Highly recommended in good area of Gulberg.

Didn't get what the booking promised!
Upon checking in, we were first given a room different (smaller) than what was mentioned in our booking. When we complained, it was immediately changed to the larger room that we had booked. Our booking also included free bottled drinking water. We consumed the 2 small water bottles in our mini bar, which were promptly replenished. However when these bottles were consumed we were informed that we would now have to pay for the water! This was quite disappointing and despite my complaining to the room service as well as reception staff (both were quite uncooperative), we had to purchase bottled water from outside. I was hoping that the terms of our booking will be honoured without question but in this case this didnt happen which is a shame as otherwise it is a very nice property in a great location and with super fitness and pool facilities.

Very convenient location, very personalized service and over all great stay. The Check-in / check-out process was seamless and efficient. Car service availability round the clock was another plus. Courtesy pick up and drop off from airport. Comfortable, clean rooms. Professional, courteous staff. Gym was a bit crowded (open to membership) and breakfast needs minor up scaling. But over all, had a good stay, would recommend it and return, when visiting Lahore.
