The space:
All rooms except one are size of Master Bed rooms. They are equipped with brand new furnishings and all amnesties are top quality products. Guests are to bring few clothing items only whereas rest of the stuff will be provided for. Every room has ensuite toilets and equipped with best amenities.

Guest access:
Guests can access any part of house except the basement rooms where staff would be residing.

Other things to note:
This property is close (1.1Kms) to Pakistan Kidney and Liver transplant center (PKLI) which is one of the best and state of art medical care hospitals for liver transplant in Pakistan. Gas is not available since no connection are allowed for any new construction. Cooking will be done through Gas cylinders which would be provided for cooking only.

Additional rules:
Parties, gatherings of any sorts including religious, political, marriage ceremony, Dholki etc are not allowed since house has been furnished with expensive items and it can be easily damaged. Quite Hours are strictly in place and loud music after dusk is not allowed. Unmarried couples wil not be entertained. Smoking of anykind is not allowed inside the house. Electricity will be charged separately either through Smart electric meter or fix charges ie 3000/ day in summer months and 2500/ day in winters (Note: Electricity in Pakistan is very expensive and house is equipped with 9 reversible airconditioners). Cook is available on separate payments for preparation of all types of local dishes.
