I stayed for two weeks was charged for a second person when I came in to the hotel. and the bathroom tiolet didnt flush stinked coming from the bathroom after cleaning it.
On arrival there was a mix up with reservation. Handed a letter saying accommodation was cancelled which was actually not the case and that i would have to pay to book another room. Was made to pay fr another room, despite showing them original booking thag was still active and not cancelled. Was only when Hotels.com became involved that this was sorted. Was finally allocated a room only to find it was filthy. Shower head had some growth on it and was eventually changed. Window view was of a rubbish tip. Was offered free mini bar for duration of stay as compensation which was nice only it wasn't re stocked after the first day!! Asked room service a few times if they could please restock. Staff are not very helpful or seem to care, most don’t speak English well so any requests fall on deaf ears. Room service had a bad habit of knocking once then barging in! Nearly got caught out a couple of times

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights with family. Rooms were ok at most 2* unfortunately encountered many issues firstly room had cockroaches. I informed reception and showed them a video i was told a manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me for my whole 3 days stay. We all got sickness and dioerah because of the hygiene issues. Day 2 i enquired about it and was assured someone would be in touch Nobody did. Lamps had exposed wires which were buzzing all night. Linen was dirty had that changed. Bathroom had broken fittings. Overall very disappointed. Had to wait for fresh towels daily. No towels available by pool area after enquiring and waiting for over 30 mins i was told towels are drying and i would have to wait. I would advise families not to stay here as health and safety is abysmal. Most disappointing part is that no one from the management team ever got intouch to address the issues. I will upload all the photos.
Nice clean place good polite staff. We had some issues which was addressed quickly by Miss Rosheen she is a true credit to the hotel and as a British citizen i would give her 100% for her customer skills.
Every thing is more than average, but need to put more equipment in gym. There is only one or two workout machines. If possible adding sauna may help for relax for travelers.
Else staff was nice, good breakfast and free ride to the airport.
We found the hotel convenient. The location was good with everything nearby. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. For improvements the breakfast spread could be improved.
Showers water supply is bad. Water wasn't clean it's dark black color they trying to fix it but same problem I have faced next day. Thats the only problem otherwise hotel looks good.
I was not hoping this luxury during stay its a hidden gem...staff nice n friendly n above all very honest twice i lost my cell phone and it was returned to me immediately. .
Really friendly service.will recommend everyone is helpfull.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Rooms and bathrooms are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The only negative is that the pool is not heated and therefore unusable, at least in winter. Otherwise a superb hotel.

Luxus Grand is a Karachi institution. A well managed hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are, however, not sound-proofed, the restaurant has a rather limited fare and the hotel is hard to find for taxi and tuk tuk drivers.

This is an excellent hotel. Modern room with modern updated bathroom. Breakfast hotel is excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Pool is too cold to swim. That's the only downside.

Luxus Grand is a decent hotel in Lahore.
Luxus grand is a two year old hotel. Bedrooms are very comfortable but bathrooms have leaky shower, bad odour and low water pressure issues. Hotel staff is wonderful to deal with especially Asia and Talha. Food in the restaurant is awesome, wish they had more vegetarian choices. Overall a good hotel by Pakistani standards.

The hotel itself is a wonderful old building set back off a main road - unfortunately hidden by other hotels buildings having being built very close to it. Opulent but tasteful decor in the lobby. Very helpful staff... and felt very safe. Would highly recommend.

Luxus was a nice hotel located near the center of the city. Hotel rooms are large and spacious. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel is average and the amenities such as Fitness center and pool we're just average. The next time I'm in Lahore I would stay here again.

Spacious suite for the family
The royal suite was huge and pretty nice. It would have been nice to have a better sound system for the tv, and the running tap water had this rustish tinge to it. It's a nice hotel with friendly service, and value for money. They had a decent breakfast, but wouldn't compare to PC's breakfast at Nadia.
