Rude hotel staff, ac’s dont work. The power goes out for more then 10 minutes at a time, multiple times, luggage boy questioning wether my wife and i had a booking, what our room number was, and other unnecessary questions that did not concern anyone. Horrible hotel for the price, i would pay more to stay somewhere else then ever stay here again. Knowing this is Pakistan and no one will take any action but still…

Although I booked the room for 2 people, we had only towles for one guest. Had to request a second set. The bathroom wasn't in a good condition. Breakfast was under average quality. Parking space was not sufficient.

Reasonably good hotel because of its location

It was somewhat satisfactory experience as hotel location was close to my place of assignment. Hiwever, price comparative to hotel facilities was higher. Food quality was not upto the mark. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Poor quality hotel with fire safety issues

Situated on the corner or a busy / noisy junction , tired is a polite way of describing the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful but cannot make up for the material problems encountered. There are 20cm gaps at the edge of the rooms leading to the floor above and below. This means conversations are clearly heard , but also cigarette smoke from rooms below bellows into your room. If there was a fire in this hotel it would be lethal. Overall condition not the rooms was ok BUT net curtains were filthy as was the window glass. There was also a lack of any hot water between 7 and 8.30 am ! Please stay elsewhere !

I would not come back and not recommended this hotel to other. The staffs were lack of hospitality and professionalism. Room was okay with comfy bed, over head shower and coffee supplies. Power outage was common. WiFi was up and down. One things which unacceptable was the cleanliness at the Cafe. The cutleries, cups, glasses and plates were dirty. Limited choices for breakfast and you could expected similar 7-8 dishes every morning. Breakfast starts at 730am which a bit odd and expect delay every morning. Location is good sorrounded by mall and handful of eateries. But you will not like the bustling traffic during the day.

Pleasant stay.. Good hotel at nice location. Hotel staff was not aware that tax is paid already to Expedia .. We had to call and get the issue resolved .. Booking site and hotel should have direct communication to avoid problem to customers

Worst hotel in lahore

Bathroom was dirty with shower not working.No hot water in the morning to wash or have a shower.Generator keep breaking down with the excuse it will be fixed in next ten minutes.No ice delivered to the room when ordered ( you have to get it from outside the hotel). Management very rude and have a excuse for everything that is wrong with the hotel.Credit card machine does not work so you have to pay cash.I have stayed there twice before and every time I have been promised that it will be fixed but every time it's getting worst.This is the last time I am ever going to stay here and I will recommend all future guest to stay away from this hotel it the worst in lahore.

Very nice hotel but confirm advertised features

The advertisement for this hotel specifically indicated that it had a bathtub, which I was specifically looking for. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed this particular hotel had no tub at all; that feature was available only at the chain's other sites. No particular apology was offered nor was any discount offered, even when I pointed out that I came here specifically because of the tub feature. Overall the hotel is very nice but you have to look out for yourself.
