This is our 4th time staying at Hale Ono Loa, first time in this condo. It can be a little intimidating to trust the photo’s & description on VRBO site, but walking into this condo, erased any & all fear. It’s absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the deck listening to the surf, looking out over the pool. We felt like it was coming home. I would give 10 stars on communication if I could. We were there during the recent tropical storm, then power outage due to wild fires, and Annie was amazing keeping us informed on power and other critical issues. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!

The unit had all of the comforts of home with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and relaxing during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast from the balcony and watched the whales every morning. This was our first time using Vrbo and our first time stay in Maui. The unit was in a great location at a fair price. No parking and resorts fee's was an added savings to our trip. Communication with rental property was easy. Highly recommended.
