Our Ocean Front Lanai doors retract back to let the outside in! Our premier condo will sleep up to a party of four comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury . “Premier” assures you that this is the best! Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo included designer furnishings, remote shade window coverings, stone countertops, limestone flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen and wonderfully designed baths. Entertainment amenities will include flat sceen Smart 55" Roku TV, Bluetooth Stereo JBL system, and the Wireless internet service available in the condo. Our kitchen also has a KEURIG POD coffee machine, we leave a handful of pods for you on check-in. You will be completely dazzled and amazed when you walk thru the front entrance. The gourmet Kitchen has all Stainless Steel upgraded appliances for your use. A french door fridge with water filter and ice in door, as well as a osmosis water filter next to the sink, ceramic cooktop and built-in oven, built-in microwave for quick heating, a Keurig Coffee POD Maker, and our beverage Wine cooler in the dining area.
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, each with a separate pocket door closing for privacy. The Master bedroom has a Cal. King bed with walk in closet and 40" Samsung smartTV and desk area. We have a small safe for our guests use in the masterbed room. Bath has double sink vanity with large walk in shower. Plenty of storage space, and plenty of towels for your use. The Guest bedroom has 2 Full size beds (54"x75") and a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space along with the bedroom dresser. Guest bath has double vanity and walk in shower and storage for towels and other bath items.

Your parking is included in your guest resort fee. The property has a MAMIMUM HEIGHT FOR LARGE VANS - NO MORE THAN 7 FEET IN HEIGHT. You will recieve a parking pass and instructions on parking upon check-in at the front desk. If you want valet parking, please ensure you take care of the valet people at the front desk.
We do not offer hotel daily maid service at our condo.
The front desk will issue your party each a Towel Card for your use while at the resort. PLEASE turn your keycards back in at check out at the front desk.
CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR RENTAL CONDOS:
Your total rental charges are fully refundable less $100 bookkeeping fee that includes your refund chargeback fee for processing. if you cancel your reservation on or 45 days before the date of your arrival.
If you cancel after that date, only the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance. Our website offers this as an Option when you make your booking.

We want to come back! It was difficult to leave. This unit is stunning. And the location is great, such a beautiful beach and walking distance to Whalers village. We enjoyed the BBQ area for meals. The best part is the patio with comfortable furniture. It’s the perfect place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, watching the whales and surfers.
I have never rented a VRBO that was better in person than it appeared online - until now. We vacationed for a week with two 17 year old girls. The condo is spacious, private, and very well appointed. The bedding was comfortable and of high quality and the kitchen had absolutely everything needed. The washer and dryer were a happy surprise. The ocean view from the patio was 5 out of 5, with easy access to the beach, umbrellas and chairs via the superb staff at Alli. On site gym was new, large and clean. They say location is everything, and we certainly felt we had the best location on the beach - 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops at Whalers Village, 10 minute walk to Black Rock for snorkeling, but frankly the snorkeling was best right off our private beach. We won't stay anywhere else next time we visit west Maui!
I was initially hesitant because Bonnie operates a property management company that collects the second payment outside of VRBO. However, VRBO confirmed this and our stay was nothing short of perfect. Bonnie is extremely responsive and showed up in person to assist us. The view from the condo is spectacular. The rooms are very comfortable and each had their own bathrooms and thermostats which worked out perfect for our situation. We would definitely stay here again.
We had such a nice time here! The unit was beautiful and exactly as pictured, with modern furnishings and gorgeous views. The beds were super comfy too! We would definitely stay here again!
We hated to leave. Our stay there was so wonderful and the location and view can’t be beat. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting to be on the beach and close to dining and shopping. Helpful and friendly and handled any issues quickly.
Our family of 4 loved our stay in this condo. It was spacious, very well appointed, in an excellent location and enjoys world class views. This is a 5 star unit and you will not be disappointed.

The unit was top notch and there was plenty of room for our party of four. It was nice having a large kitchen and baths as well. The Kaanapali Alii staff was also very friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Bonnie was very responsive and quickly answered all of our questions before and during our stay.

Lovely property! Bonnie was our main contact. She was very efficient and responded very quickly to any questions I had.
The view can’t get any better than this, right on the beach. We watched whales from the lanai daily and listened to the sound of the ocean waves that lulled us into relaxation mode. We had a little bump in the road that was taken care of quickly and we were kept informed all along the way. The home is so well appointed with everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The photos don’t do this unit justice! It’s gorgeous! The views from lanai are phenomenal. We spent every late afternoon and evening on the lanai and soaking in the view. The condo was spotless and Bonnie was available when we had a question. We will definitely be back!
