The Kuleana Resort, the most beautiful property location in the world . Two ground floor side-by-side condominiums. Rent one or rent both to take advantage of the adjoining passage door . See Listing 77031 and 77036 for adjoining condo.

This is one of the best location on Maui. From your private lanai, enjoy an ever-changing ocean show of beautiful sunsets, sunrises and rainbows over the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Enjoy seasonal whale watching and daily sea turtles swim and feed at the water edge. The ocean is yards from your lanai providing swimming, surfing and beach play steps away.

If a pool is more inviting, step out the front door to the large pool that is heat controlled to maintain an enjoyable swim no matter the weather. If you need a break from the water, walk the beautiful grounds of the Kuleana Resort or take advantage of the on-site tennis and shuffleboard courts. The Kuleana Resort grounds are often used for Weddings and Memorial Services.

The living room, dining area and bedroom have been furnished with beautiful designer quality furniture. The kitchen includes granite counters, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Ceiling fans are provided in both the living room and bedroom. A remote controlled air conditioner is available in the bedroom. The bathroom shower is granite stone with a glass door entry. The bedroom offers a California King bed.

Note: The Fire Code is strictly enforced that there is no more than an occupancy of a maximum of 4 people (this includes children/infants). We only rent to 3 adult size guests or 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adult size guests are to many for this condo.

Birthday trip

The view was phenomenal. There is a beach 10 feet, if that, from the lanai and it is like a haven for sea turtles. The first morning I awoke and sat on the lanai I got to watch a whale and dolphins. What a beautiful sight and an amazing birthday trip for my perfect husband.

Waves, Surf and Peace

We loved the feeling of complete peace and quiet as you take in the vast ocean crashing before you. It is a beautiful oasis in West Maui with the best salt water Olympic sized pool on the west side. BBQs were right there and we enjoyed our morning walks to the Bad Ass Coffee Company.

Very nice, clean, GORGEOUS place! We love staying at Kuleana and this condo was the best location- feet from the ocean and then the pool right behind. Lots of needed items in the kitchen and for the beach and pool available. Thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

Loved the location of this condo! Nothing better than sitting and watching whales go by. The turtle swimming in the beach just steps away from the back door was also a treat. Would book again.

Truly a Paradise Found! Our favorite place on Maui is Kuleana unit #408 was outstanding. All the amenities you need for an inclusive stay. King bed, AC, ocean front, wave view from inside, and turtles directly below to view. We even saw whales this trip! This Resort is lovely and quiet. Full sized heated swimming pool and BBQ's right outside. We will come again!

Great location, calm experience enjoying the water right off the lanai….., quiet, clean. The pool was big, clean and just perfect. Bed, linen, towels …again just perfect. Definitely would stay here again… hopefully we will someday. Mahalo Maui and the Dows.

Magical Kuleana

We have stayed at Kuleana and rented this unit several times over the years and absolutely love it! The proximity to the ocean is incredible. We sit on the lanai and watch the whales go by. Its always rough to leave on go home day.

Anniversary trip

This property is better than pictures show! Just steps to the ocean, it’s the best property at Kuleana Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed how friendly everyone was, including the security staff but also everyone who stayed here. We loved snorkeling and seeing the turtles right out by the rocks! We would love to come back here some day !

We enjoyed staying at this condo immensely. The view from the lanai was just incredible. Condo was clean, and well appointed. Condo was convenient to many restaurants, stores, and sightseeing attractions. Pool area was beautiful. Owners gave clear instructions and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

We stayed here with our two little boys and loved it. The location is wonderful and the space has everything you need to enjoy yourself. We were able to beach hop using the sand toys, chairs, and provided towels. We used the pool a few times and saw many people enjoy the barbeques right outside. We even saw a few turtles on the beach below! The resort was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Ocean Front Condo

The location of the property is great, I stayed in front of the ocean with access to a small rocky beach. The property got ocean front BBQ grill so I would suggest to get to mean from Costco during arrival, the grill really helped us saved money by not eating out everyday. This property also have a great view of the two other islands in Maui county and priceless sunset.
