Excellent hosts
First time booking a room in someone’s home and it was a great experience. Beat the price of a hotel room by a t least a third and couldn’t have been nicer and was perfect.

Great time!
My daughter and I traveled from Ohio for a wedding and they were very accommodating and very friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay with them again! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time. And their sweet dog Finn-we miss him so much!! Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Great Location. Great hosts.
Convenient, clean and comfortable. Matthew and Sydney were gracious hosts. We enjoyed talking with them. We had everything we needed and easy access to everything in the area.

Great location!
Although the weather wasn't very cooperative we still had a good time. The Whites were very helpful in giving us directions and ideas for eating out. Loved Fenn there dog and enjoyed conversation with them. Would definitely go back and hopefully the weather will be warmer.

Exactly what we wanted
Matthew and his wife were excellent hosts. Didn’t feel like we were intruding in their space. Felt very private and was clean and everything we wanted and needed. Even had our own door to their balcony with beautiful succulents. Would and will recommend to our family and friends. Thanks for your hospitality. BTW loved Finn.

Beautiful room, good location,

Excellent! Perfect place to the beaches and more!
I enjoyed staying in the home of Matt and Jen. They are a caring couple with high standards of respect. I enjoyed the private bath, room and balcony. All three are next to the each other. For a shared living space, this is ideal. The home was clean. The bed is extra comfortable. It makes a person feel at home unlike a hotel. I couldn't have expected better. I strongly recommend booking with Matt.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to pretty anything. And really nice place inside.
Not sure which is nicer, the room, or the hosts. Really enjoyed both! Very comfortable room, and enjoyed the time with them. (so much so that I'm still here)

Nice tidy roomwith easy access off the freeway. Comfy bed and welcoming host.
The owners were easy to get a hold of when arriving, we were late in and out as we were out and about, site seeing and visiting family. It was a quite building, parking was well lite and readily available.
