"The hotel accommodation was excellent, best ive ever stayed at. Dining options were delicious and staff service was well above par.
Very friendly and not too pricey.
Loved my stay at this divine resort.
Looking forward to my next trip"
"Hotel needs a big deep clean - pool needed this particularly and the flume. Our bedroom had an infestation of ants - we found the staff less friendly than elsewhere we had stayed in Thailand. The room itself was nice but the door is a sliding one to the bathroom."
"Beautiful hotel. We had a one bedroom villa with private pool and we were ready to move in here permanently. Everything was perfect- the grounds, the pool, hot tub, room, etc. The incense were a nice touch. Breakfast was outstanding. We wish we had more than two nights to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. Room service was a little pricey as was the excursion. We were there for our honeymoon and they brought us a beautiful cake to help us celebrate."
"It would have been perfect if not for the power outage due to the storm. The lagoon view was very serene and scenic. Love the big and clean balcony! Usually they are not that well maintained in other hotels. Your service staff are very responsive and many can speak English. "
"The short break was on top of a week long exchange stay
A lot of disruption due to painters in the lobby/ reception/ dining area. No meals available except at nearby resort- inc breakfast
No compensation for disruption
Otherwise everything exellent "
"Check in is crazy especially when arrivals are late and confusing because there are so many blocks; you don’t know where to enter to meet anyone in reception. The security guards keep the access keys and one block guard is not aware what others are doing. The fact we had to pay a deposit for utilities was not mentioned. Too many hidden facts. "

"Room facilities were very good for a Phuket hotel considering a number of the top hotels are getting old now.
Our Air Con was a bit hit and miss on set temperature but it didnt let us down.
Hotel staff were excellent, the best I've ever had in Thailand. Thais are wonderful friendly people but I have in the past, found its sometimes difficult to ask for changes or special requests etc. Diamond Cliff staff managed to answer and organise any requests we had with a smile.
Highly recommend this hotel and we will come and stay again next time we are in Phuket."

"We visited in September during monsoon season. We had several days of sunshine to enjoy during our stay. The resort offers several activities on rainy days also. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Pattie greeted us on our arrival and went out of her way to ensure we were welcome. Paollo at the concierge desk was very helpful and had great recommendations for our excursions in Phuket.
We purchased the all inclusive package. The restaurants have a seperate all inclusive menu for drinks. The pool bar, the lounge, and the rum shack bar menus are also included in the all inclusive package.
We booked a half day trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and a boat tour of the James Bond Island. I highly recommend both. "
