"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. "This is a top tier hotel. The room, in particular is very well appointed with quality furnishings, bathroom and lighting. The pillows are soft and the bed and linen can't be bettered. Excellent wifi too. You can tell the quality of most hotels by the weight of the entrance door, and this one shouted quality. Good designer, happy guest. A little request though: for serious pianists, the grand piano on the second floor needs an urgent tune up! Please!"

"This is very convenient to the train station. The neighborhood doesn't have much to offer, but it was perfect for a quick overnight. There is parking on the street, and that's not hard to find after 5 or so, but would be really tough earlier. But if you're coming in or leaving by train, it's perfect. Breakfast is nice, too."
