All sheets and towels are provided, as well as first-day amenities such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay, we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond with the expected time of your arrival. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM.

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that when checking out, you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We stayed @ this location for 5 weeks, when we ask someone for spare towels and pillow cases, the person said that to had to check with someone about that, not sure why, we also asked for spare bed sheets so we could wash the ones we had , they first said that they would checked when the housekeeping team could come, they then said that they would send someone every Monday this was on a friday, all we wanted was for someone to drop an extra set of bedsheets, when we requested the bed sheets, we had been there almost a wk, they then renegue on that and said that they wouldn't provide any housekeeping until the end of our stay because of our manners , that's just been mean and not very good customer service.
