Vivenda Alfinia - Luxurious, inside and out, with private swimming pool

This stunning villa situated in in Vale de Milho Carvoeiro, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has been tastefully furnished and decorated. It is fully equipped offering everthing you need during your stay and is set amongst beautifully manicured gardens.



The pièce de résistance is the overflow pool and adjoinging terraces. Relax on one of the sun loungers or in one of the 2 comfy, shaded seating areas. A charcoal barbecue is available for those who like to cook al fresco and there is a spacious outdoor dining table and outdoor kitchen area with sink and fridge.



The villa is fully wi-fi enabled, it has underfloor cooling / heating throughout and an internet based TV service in the livingroom which is available in an array of different languages. Cots and highchairs are available upon request.



The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, open plan dining /kitchen area, utility room and garage.



The nearest beach is just 1.7 km away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack.



Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

We had a pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay. The only thing missing was the airconditioning as the floor cooling wasnt enough. The rooms were very hot during the day so we had to keep the shutters closed which also made it dark. But other than that it was a nice place to stay in!
