Villa Gramacho by Portucasa

Villa Gramacho is a luxurious, comfortable house, situated in a quiet residential area, about 4 km from Carvoeiro and close to the beach.
It is a beautiful villa surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with a small playground (swing, slide, climbing frame) for the children.

The spacious living room is cosy and has a fireplace, satellite TV (Dutch channels), a CD and DVD player. The open kitchen is spacious and has all necessary equipment (Including dishwasher and microwave). Next to the kitchen is a large dining table suitable for 8 persons.
From the terrace by the house you have a great view towards the sea and the sloping landscape towards the mountains of Monchique.

In front of this terrace lies the swimming pool (9x5m, no chlorine). This pool can be heated optionally. Because it can be covered, it is safe for children. There is also the possibility of the outdoor shower to make a children's pool of 2.5 m2 and 30 cm deep.
The main terrace can be partially closed by glass doors, so you can sit in the spring and autumn out of the wind. A lovely house in all seasons!

Surroundings

The villa is located in the village of Sesmarias, a small village in between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The distance to the beach of Ferragudo is about 4 km.
In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, are several restaurants and shops. Less than two kilometres away are the two beautiful golf courses Gramacho and Vale da Pinta.

"Since April 13, 2024 the council of Lagoa implemented a tourist tax. This tourist tax is mandatory to be paid by tourists who checked in for their stay in hotels, resorts, local accommodations (AL), and campsites after the 1st of May 2024. The tourist tax value comes on top of the already paid rental sum. From the 1st of November untill the 31st of March tourist tax is € 1 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. From 1st of April untill 31st of October it is € 2 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from paying tourist tax."
