The entrance leads directly to the first floor, where there’s a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. The spacious open-plan living and dining area features sliding doors that open onto the balcony, complete with comfortable seating for 4 guests—ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The property comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. One is a double en-suite bedroom, while the other is a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms feature private terraces, with the south-facing terrace offering outdoor seating—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
Guests also have access to Vila Castelo’s communal swimming pool.
Ferragudo is located just 5 minutes from Carvoeiro & Portimao. It has recently become one of the most fashionable holiday resorts on the Algarve and it’s easy to see why. It still retains that original fishing village charm, with one of the most picturesque harbours on the coast and only minutes away from some of the finest beaches in Portugal.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. Propre, calme, spacieux, bien aménagé, beaucoup d'équipements (wifi, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, aspirateur...) mais aussi serviettes de plage, liquide vaisselle, lessive, produits d'entretien à disposition et ça c'est un plus pas besoin d'en acheter. La vue est magnique et l'on peut profiter du balcon pour l'admirer. La plage est proche et le petit village charmant sont accessibles à pieds. La piscine du lotissement est un peu petite mais agréable. Les canapés sont un peu sales et tachés, ils mériteraient un petit nettoyage. Mais sinon nous avons pu profiter d'un agréable séjour avec tous ces avantages.
