Casa do Farol is a beautiful, detached 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a large, private pool located in Vale de Milho within walking distance of the beach and golf course. The accommodation is set over one level with no steps making it ideal for small children and people with limited mobility.



Designed for alfresco living, the villa offers and abundance of outdoor areas in which to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. The main pool terrace is generously sized with an 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers and 2 dining areas one of which is covered and the other which is serviced by an electrical awning. There is a courtyard with second barbecue and outdoor seating off the dining area and steps leading to a roof terrace boasting Ocean views.



The villa comprises of entrance hall with WC, well equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a further 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, TV channels in an array of different languages and a cot and high chair are available on request.



The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk away. It's a sheltered bay bordered by striking sandstone cliffs. Boat trips around the caves and grottos leave daily from the beach and it offers various other activities such as pedalo hire, kayak hire, wakeboarding and more. Located at the beach is O Stop restaurant / snack bar which can serve as an elegant restaurant for an evening meal or somewhere to grab a lunctime snack. There are a few other restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.



Carvoeiro town centre is just a few minutes away by car/taxi. Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. During the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected in the square and live music is played every night.

This place is better than the photos! Besides being a beautiful home located in a great area, the stay itself is very spacious and very clean! We were happy to be welcomed with a few complimentary products on our arrival (orange juice, cookies, toast, butter, etc.) The highlight of our trip was relaxing by the pool. Many beach towels provided- and outdoor bathroom and shower as well which was a nice surprise! Would recommend this stay!

This place is better than the photos! Besides being a beautiful home located in a great area, the stay itself is very spacious and very clean! Very good holiday, the villa has everything you could want. Especially good for children with plastic plates/cups and even a bottle steriliser! Clean and very spacious, beds are very hard. Good location, can walk to beach and shops/cafes. Be aware if going in cooler months the pool is not heated and is very cold!

La casa es tal cual las fotos y muy comoda para alojar a cuatro adultos y dos niños. La zona es muy traquila y está muy cerca de Carvoeiro en coche. Al llegar a la casa, tal vez por ser la primera estancia de la temporada, la casa olía a humedad por lo que la preparación de la casa para nuestra llegada no fue perfecta. Los colchones de las habitaciones son mejorables también. En cualquier caso pasamos unos días estupendos en familia. La comunicación con los gestores de la casa tiene que ser a través de telefono/email ya que a través de la plataforma no es fluida

Ich würde die Unterkunft mit Daumen hoch weiter empfehlen. Es ist eine Riesenvilla mit Pool und zwei Gripplpätzen. 3 von 4 Schlafzimmern haben ein eigenes neu renoviertes Bad ( 2 davon mit Badewannen). Jedes Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zu einer Terrasse. Wir saßen zu 7 am großen Esstisch, es war genug Platz. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Wasser ist natürlich nicht so der Hit. Vergessen wir nicht, dass das die Atlantik ist. Aber zum Sonnen super. Die sehr große und gut organisierte Küche muss man extra erwähnen. All in all: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus.
