"The apartment is in a great location, it has easy access to the highways and downtown Ponta Delgada. It is near a supermarket and has amble parking. Jorge and Teresa were very friendly and provided great recommendations on what to do."

"Great location of this 3rd floor apartment that we used as a base to explore the central and western side of the island. Walking distance to a walkable beach, several casual restaurants, supermarket, laundromat. Apartment itself is good size, comfortable space, nice patio. Have to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator, which worked well for us. Would stay here again. "

"My wife and I are easy and didn’t mind the lack of A/C but you cannot leave the windows open because of the bright lights, loud traffic, and moist air. Even when we did leave the windows open there is not much wind to speak of in Furnas so it didn’t help. Had there been at least a floor fan to provide some circulation of air it would have made for a much better sleep and stay. Otherwise the place was as described, clean, close to everything and the host was available. "

"The apartment was very clean. There was a little issue with communication when checking in. The directions were very clear on where the keys were, but not the actual apartment. It took some time for them to respond to our message before finding the unit. Otherwise, unit was as stated."
