"After debating between many Tuscan vineyards/B&Bs to stay at, I am so glad we picked this one. The venue was beautiful, the room was nice and clean (with AC), and they had a gorgeous remote pool overlooking the vineyard. The people working were all incredibly kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, in addition to the owner. "This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."
