Access to the house is on the ground floor through an entrance, followed by an independent fitted kitchen which leads to a spacious living / dining room and which, thanks to a large bay window, opens directly onto the garden.

A superb stone staircase leads to the ground floor where there are 2 shower rooms and three bedrooms: bedroom 1 with a double bed and two bunk beds; Bedrooms 2 and 3 are configured in the same way: on two levels, on the first level a sofa/desk and by a staircase/ladder on the second level, a double bed on the mezzanine.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor, it benefits from an open shower room.

The front exterior includes a beautiful courtyard sheltered in the shade of olive trees with a barbecue dining area and large table.
