"Unser Aufenthalt im Precise Resort Marina Wolfsbruch vom 7, bis 8, November 2025 (Reservierung #1024282705) war leider von erheblichen Problemen geprägt, die auf irreführende Informationen, unprofessionelles Verhalten an der Rezeption und ein völliges Fehlen von Nachverfolgung durch das Hotel zurückzuführen sind, Vor unserer Ankunft haben wir das Hotel zweimal telefonisch kontaktiert, und zwei Mitarbeiter versicherten uns, dass wir einen speziellen ermäßigten Preis zu meinem Geburtstag erhalten...
