"The rooms were nice, and the hotel overall was clean and well-kept. The staff, unfortunately, were the downfall of our stay. Besides the front desk team, nobody seemed particularly excited to be there. The drinks at every bar on the property were terrible and overpriced — we tried several, hoping for a better experience, and were consistently let down. The service issues went beyond the bars. Bar staff weren’t especially friendly, and one morning the cleaning crew nearly ran us off from our breakfast table — vacuuming under our seats and wiping the table mid-meal without so much as an “excuse me.” It was a strange, uncomfortable moment. The coffee shop staff downstairs seemed indifferent to guests, and every time I asked the pool attendant for towels, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Nobody was outright rude, but when you’re paying resort prices, you expect a baseline level of hospitality — and that was missing here. We’d consider staying again for the location alone, but I’d recommend exploring other options too."

"I arrived sooner than I expected because I was meeting friends but I missed them. But the associate at the counter went above and beyond assisting me. She was great! The bed was very comfortable, I slept the whole night, got a full 7 hours sleep. Did I mention the associate was great, I can’t remember her name, but she was from Jamaica."

"MopThe property was well kept, the staff were helpful, breakfast was nutritional, but the juice was left sitting out, and it was room temperature which I would have preferred to be cold. The hotel had a $10 a day parking fee which I thought should have been free for the customers. The beach wasn't far, and the hotel did have a shuttle to transport customer's to the beach, but if you preferred to drive your own vehicle there was pay parking near the beach $3.35 during the week, and $5.35 on the weekend, but they close at 5 p.m, so be prepared if you're driving your vehicle and want to spend the day at the beach. It's a nice place, but if I could say anything to the management, it would be that an air vent installed in the bathroom would be a plus for this property. I would recommend this hotel, great place to go."
