Let yourself be charmed by the rich heritage, with fortified towns (bastides) to visit, the fragrant scent of pine trees, and the peaceful paths perfect for leisurely walks. You're just 15 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan and 7 km from Saint-Justin and Villeneuve-de-Marsan. Experience the rhythm of Gascon traditions and festivals and indulge in local delicacies. The independent Chalet l'Elite awaits you for a comfortable stay for two. You'll enjoy a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave), a dining area, and a lounge/TV area. There's a separate bedroom with terrace access (one double bed) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A shared washing machine and free access to the owner's laundry facilities are also available. A pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture, bordered by bamboo and flowering plants. A small, "magical" spot to dance, have fun, and enjoy delicious local products from artisans and producers, "La Guinguette à Hector" is a new place in the Landes region to gather in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just a few meters from the cottage. A main road is in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is located on the owner's enclosed shared property, with a shared entrance gate and remote control. Your space around the cottage is not marked.
