"Amazing"

"This is a beautiful property that has some areas being renovated thus were under construction. The pool was not available for use due repairs. My room window shade was broken and could not be pulled down to block the light. Though I had the above mentioned issues, my overall experience at this hotel was good. I would definitely use this property again."

"It's a old hotel but, they try to keep it clean! "

"The hotel was very poor maintenance one of the elevator was out of service as well as the ice machine, vending machine. The property needs to do a better job in letting people know before they book a room of things that are working was not working instead of having people book and finding out when to ey get there. I won’t book with them ever again"

"I stayed in room 301, the first shower I took was COLD! But my next shower was hot. I also got charged more than the incidental fee ($50). When I went to go checkout, they said I was never checked in. Which I thought was weird because I swiped my card and I had access to my room. She said I may be marked as a no show and get my money back. I am not sure what’s going on."

"The room has a mildew smell.I think it's because of the oldcarpets that likely had some water issues or spills over time. If the hotel would replace the carpets with laminate flooring I would be more liekly to refer or stay again."

"Ms Wanda checked us in and she was a delight! She made great suggestions on food places and activities. My husband and I had an absolute blast at the Festival that was in town."

"The property is full of Southern charm and it’s worth the visit. The only issue I ran into was the room I was in had a wet dog smell. Not sure if they allow pets or if they experienced water damage. All of this to say, I would visit again. It’s very close to everything you need in town. "
