Deux nuits deux dîners deux petits déjeuners

Un séjour des plus agréables de part la qualité de l'accueil, du restaurant, du petit déjeuner. Chambre agréable, piscine fraîche et entretenue. On s'y sent tellement bien qu'il est difficile de repartir ! Merci pour ce séjour.

A fuir!!!!

Attention changement de propriétaire depuis le 1er juillet ! Donc ne pas se fier aux anciens commentaires. Proprietaire non commerçant et n’aime sûrement pas les réservations sur internet et nous considèrent comme des sous clients ! Dans la chambre, poubelle salle de bain pleine à notre arrivée et pas de draps de bain. Nous avons signalé le problème au propriétaire qui nous a dit qu’il ferait le nécessaire pour la poubelle et rien na été fait et pour les draps de bain que nous allions les avoir le lendemain jour de notre départ. Au restaurant nous avons demandé un plat composé avec des nems, servi sans Nems. Le patron nous a dit que c’était pas normal mais rien d’autre ! Pas de geste commercial ! Petit déjeuner les mesures d’hygiène sont à revoir, pas de serviette pour tenir le pain, pas de pince pour les viennoiseries et pas de serviettes pour se nettoyer les mains pour le service du jus d’oranges frais. En conclusion à fuir!! Le nouveau propriétaire surfe sur la renommée des anciens propriétaires, mais il va vite se faire rattraper par son attitude arrogante et anti commerciale !!

Rendez vous familial

Endroit magnifique. Quel calme. Aucun bruit à part le gazouillis des oiseaux. Proximité du plan d'eau, piscine superbe à l'hôtel, Aurillac à 20 mn pour le festival du théâtre de rue. Les amateurs de golf ont à disposition à qq kms un des plus beaux parcours de l'hexagone Le Golf de Haute Auvergne. Bref tous les ingrédients réunis pour un très agréable moment de détente. Merci encore à notre couplé d'hôtes.

L'hotel est honnête. Le paysage très agréable. Mais le rapport qualité prix n'est pas respecté. Le standard est celui d'un 2 étoiles (taille minuscule de la chambre en particulier alors qu'on est à la campagne, décoration, accueil au bar, pas d'ascenseur pour 2 étages...). Le prix de 70€ Sans pdj est excessif.

Hôtel très calme dans un endroit vert et calme. Bonne note pour le restaurant (bon et on ne passe pas 3 heures à table) A améliorer sur "Hotels.com", la distinction entre catégories de chambre (standard, supérieure..). heureusement, nous avons pu changer pour une chambre mieux située et plus spacieuse.

agrèable mais !

hôtel déjà réservé en direct il y à un an. aucune déception, tout était parfait. Ce mois, nouvelle nuit. Est-ce le fait d'avoir réservé par hotel.com, l'on nous à donné une petite chambre donnant sur la route ! Sinon le cadre est toujours fantastique si en plus l'on à la chance !! que la chambre (avec balcon) donne sur la piscine et jardin.

Bon hôtel, emplacement calme, un peu à l'écart, mais la route pour se rendre à Aurillac est sympa et jamais encombrée. Chambres un peu petite mais rien d'alarmant. Toilettes séparées.
