Réjouissant

Nous étions deux sœurs avec six enfants en tout. Le seul bémol est le fait que la maison est mitoyenne mais elle est très bien agencée, fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire la délivre bien propre et a accepté de décaler un peu l’heure de sortie pour qu’on puisse la rendre aussi propre sans se lever à l’aube. J’adore le site. On est vraiment dans les pins, à 5 minutes de l’océan et du lac. La piscine chauffée collective est un bon recours quand il ne fait pas assez chaud pour aller à l’océan mais nous avons de la chance au niveau météo donc on y est allé deux fois en 15 jours. Je recommande !

Schönes Haus im Pinienwald

Das Haus ist inmitten der Hotelanlage „Vitalparc“ in einem Pinienwald gelegen. Der Vermieter Herr Roumier machte in der E-Mail Kommunikation einen hervorragenden Eindruck. Er hat sogar eine Fehlbuchung meinerseits korrigiert! Alles in allem kann man hier einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbringen.

Schönes und praktisch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in der Ferienanlage Vitalparc im Pinienwald. Pool gehört zum separaten Hotel im Park. Lageangabe in der Anzeige trifft nicht ganz zu.

Très bon emplacement entre lac et mer

Très bon séjour dans cette maison mitoyenne ouverte sur la pinède, au calme, bien placée dans le lotissement, proche du lac et de la mer en vélo, toute proche des golfs et du centre équestre. Plus de lits qu'annoncés sur le descriptif et si la fourniture des draps, serviettes et linge de maison était possible en option ce serait super !

On a été dans cette maison avec des amis pendant une semaine, c’est vraiment un endroit sympa. Tout est à proximité, que ce soit la plage ou le centre-ville, et il y a beaucoup de beaux endroits. La maison est très pratique et toute équipée… On a pu passer beaucoup de temps en extérieur à profiter de la forêt et du barbecue, je recommande !!

La maison est très calme au coeur de la pinède, elle est spacieuse et confortable conformément à l'annonce. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et du lac accessibles rapidement en vélo. A recommander.

Location correcte dans un cadre agréable

Au sein d'une résidence agréable, la maison est bien agencée mais mériterait quelques améliorations (poignées de porte cassées, canapé lit vieillissant...). Accueil par une dame très sympathique. La mitoyenneté peut être gênante par moment, en fonction des voisins. Au final séjour agréable mais rapport qualité/prix assez moyen.

Cadre très agréable

Une villa au coeur d'une forêt de pins, dans un cadre très agréable et très calme (l'hotel Vitalparc n'étant pas encore réouvert). Beaucoup de pistes cyclables à proximité, qui permettent de bien belles balades ! Lacanau Océan n'est qu'à 2km avec sa plage, ses commerces, restaurants et superettes. Rien à redire, c'était vraiment très sympa !
