Villa Santa Maria: a Landes villa with a closed garden, quiet area in the south of Lacanau Océan



This Landes-style villa is located in a quiet residential area on the south side of Lacanau, offering an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays, close to ocean beaches and cycle paths. The Atlantic Ocean and shops are approximately 1 km away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible 5 km away.



The house has a pleasant and well-arranged living room, including a lounge area fitted with a sofa, armchairs and television, as well as a dining area with table and chairs, creating a friendly space to gather after a day at the beach.



The independent, functional and well-equipped kitchen includes electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for a fully autonomous stay. An adjoining pantry is equipped with a washing machine.



The ground floor night area consists of three bedrooms. A first bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm, a second is equipped with two single beds of 80 cm, and the third bedroom offers a double bed of 160 cm and benefits from a private bathroom with shower and washbasin. A bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit is also available, as well as independent toilets.



Upstairs, two additional bedrooms complete the set. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm and the fifth has two single beds of 80 cm. A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC is accessible on this floor, offering a pleasant comfort for stays with multiple people.



Outside, the landscaped terrace with garden furniture and barbecue allows you to fully enjoy meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. The enclosed garden offers a pleasant and secure space, ideal for relaxing after a day spent between ocean and forest.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.

Très bel endroit

Très belle maison toute équipée , très spacieuse , très bien située dans quartier très calme,10 minute à pied du centre ville et des plages. Nous y avons passé des très bonnes vacances. L'Equipe de l'agence immobilière (Bru) très accessible et très accueillante . A recommander vraiment.

beau logement et spacieux

nous avons passé un très bon séjour la maison est spacieuse propre bien équipée chacun avait son intimité les terrasses devant derrière , pour les petits le fait que la maison soit cloturée etait parfait ils se sont bien amusés sans risque !!! vraiment nous avons passé un très bon séjour et allez a la plage sud il y a un grand parking et vous accedez directement vers les maitres nageur manque soit des ventilateur à l'étage il y faisait très chaud surtout au moment ou nous y sommes allés nous avions apporté des ventilateurs et pas de plafoniers dans les chambres pour les allumer problèmes de contact dans les lampes de chevet
