Located in Lacanau, the 110 m² "Point de Vue Exceptionnel" villa welcomes up to 5 guests with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen with a bean-to-cup coffee machine and an American coffee maker. The villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, fan, washing machine, dryer, and a private barbecue. For families, a baby bed, high chair, as well as shared toys and books are available. You'll enjoy a stunning view of the lake.



Outside, relax in the private garden or on the uncovered wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying the peace and nature. The villa is on the edge of the forest, with an exceptional view of Lake Moutchic and direct access to cycle paths for walks and water activities.



Four shared parking spaces are available on site. The beach and public transport are easily accessible. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided and a shared bike storage room is at your disposal. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
