Located in the heart of the Lacanau Océan seaside resort, this bright villa with WiFi connection and enclosed garden can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Its privileged location allows you to reach the ocean in just 400 metres, while shops and entertainment in the centre are 150 metres away. Lacanau Lake is accessible approximately 5 kilometres away, offering a wide range of water sports and leisure activities in the heart of nature.



The villa offers friendly and well-arranged living spaces. The living-dining room is fitted with sofas, a coffee table, a television and a dining area with table and chairs, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals independently thanks to complete equipment and numerous storage spaces.



On the ground floor, a double bedroom has direct access to a private bathroom with a shower and washbasin, offering appreciable comfort. Independent toilets complement this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three additional rooms, two bedrooms with double beds and storage, as well as a room equipped with bunk beds, ideal for children. A bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet completes the floor.



Outside, the villa features a landscaped terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. The fully enclosed garden offers a pleasant and secure space for children. For the comfort of families, a baby bed is provided, and WIFI connection is included.



This seasonal rental in Lacanau Océan is ideal for fully enjoying the fine sandy beaches, surf spots, cycle paths and lively atmosphere of the resort, while staying in a spacious and perfectly located house.
