Magnifique emplacement, avec vue sur l'océan, la promenade du front de mer. Et aussi la proximité du centre et des commerces.
Quelques détails d'entretien et autres, comme:
Inverser la porte du frigo, pour en faciliter l'accès.
Remplacer la pomme de douche, qui en position "jet" envoie de l'eau en-dehors de la baignoire.

nous pouvons tout faire a pied (courses,promenades océan et forêt)
aménagement du studio est parfait !
voir a changer le canapé car il n est plus trop confortable pour regarder la tv ....
Top Lage und super schöne Aussicht aber sehr verlebte Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage mit direkten Blick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang, genial.
Zentral zum Ort gelegen, ohne Aufzug. Sehr ruhig. Das ist aber schon alles. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr verwohnt, die Matraze ist durchgelegen, das Gästebett so durchgelegen, da spürt man die Latten. Der Temperaturregler an dem Herd ist lose, sehr gefährlich. Im Badezimmer fällt der Putz von der Decke, die Lampen über dem Bett flackern nur noch. Es gibt keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank zum Aufhängen. Der Parkplatz ist unglaublich eng. Breite Autos müssen schon die Rampe hoch am besten eingewiesen werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig für den stolzen Preis in den Sommerferien. Schade, das Gesamtpaket stimmt leider nicht.

Un très belle situation
Nous avons apprécié l'agencement de l'appartement, et notamment le coin couchage. Mais surtout la terrasse est mieux qu'espérée, avec vue directe sur l'océan et le coucher de Soleil.
Bien préciser dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un parking privé (car ce n'était pas très clair) et ajouter un coucher de Soleil vu de la terrasse : voilà 2 plus à ajouter dans l'annonce !

Propreté à revoir
Nous avons eu un premier appartement, propreté à revoir, des cheveux dans la bonde de la douche, sur les carrelages, évier pas propre, je nettoie tout au bout d'1h30 je prends ma douche et là catastrophe, la baignoire n'est pas étanche, de l'eau partout. J'appelle l'agence, 2 ème appartement, pas propre, miettes de grille pain, coquille d'œuf, des cheveux partout, WC et SDB pas nettoyés, trace de dentifrice dans le lavabo, veste d'une ancienne locataire dans le placard. J'appelle l'agence pour leur signaler, elle me maintient que c'était propre, nettoyé par la société de nettoyage et que nous devons être content car nous avons été surclassé. Je lui propose de lui envoyé les photos, elle dit non merci. J'ai donc nettoyé le logement et nous l'avons rendu 10 fois plus propre que ce qu'il était au départ.
