Studio Amiantis: Composed of three curved buildings facing the ocean, the Oceanide is located approximately 200 m from the Pierre Ortal walkways, which are reached via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea. Everything is accessible on foot, including the beach 100 metres away. Behind the buildings are private parking areas.

Access to apartments is via large staircases.
