House in the heart of the pine forest in Lacanau Océan, peaceful place, 1500m from the beaches, close to the golf course, tennis courts, paddles, and the town center. Numerous cycling trails start nearby. Beaches accessible by bike or on foot.

The 300m² garden and the large terrace with a plancha will allow you to enjoy the sun in this quiet neighborhood.

The house has just been renovated. The interior with wooden walls is cozy and functional. The kitchen is new and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a convertible sofa, and a folding table.
Upstairs, a single bed is available on the landing with a large wardrobe. The master bedroom has a chest of drawers.
You will have the possibility to store your bikes/surfboards in the small storage room outside, which also includes a washing machine.

A parking space is available within the residence, and there is also the option to park in the garden.
