Pinea Pavilion: In the heart of Lacanau's pine forest, this twinned holiday pavilion is located in a calm and verdant hamlet, ideal for recharging while staying close to the beaches and the resort centre. Directly connected to cycle paths, it allows easy access to the ocean beaches and the heart of Lacanau Océan. The ocean and shops are approximately 1.7 km away, while the lake is located 4 km away.



The house offers a pleasant and functional living space. The living area consists of a dining area with a table and chairs, storage buffets, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, creating a friendly atmosphere for holidays. The kitchen, open to the living room, with its counter, is fully equipped for an independent stay, with ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer, combined oven and microwave, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils.



The pavilion has three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups of friends. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm and a wardrobe. The second offers two single beds in 80 cm with a wardrobe. The third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds including a 140 cm sleeping area and another in 90 cm, ideal for children or teenagers.



The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and toilets. Independent toilets and a utility room with a washing machine and storage shelves complete the interior facilities.



Outside, a terrace with a small garden, fitted with a table, garden chairs and a barbecue, allows you to fully enjoy the natural setting of the pine forest. A parking space and WIFI connection are included in the rental.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and may be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
