This well maintained villa with pool is located on a 1100 sqm lot on the golf course of Lacanau-Océan, in a quiet location. The welcoming, bright home features a spacious living room with subsequent terrace to the pool (5x8m), sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area.
New, modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine in the utility room.
1 bedroom with double bed 1.60m and private shower room with toilet. 1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, additional shower room with separate toilet.
