Fairway House: Small semi-detached house, ideally located in a sunny village built in a clearing near the Lacanau golf course. The accommodations, organised in terraced houses with a patio, offer a peaceful and friendly setting. The residence has a central swimming pool with a small pool for children, open from 15 June to 15 September, and a private parking area for a worry-free stay.



The house offers an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living area, fully equipped with a sink, ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils. The living room is warm, with a sofa, television, storage furniture and a dining area with table and chairs.



On the first floor, the main bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. A second bedroom features two bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe, perfect for children. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a bathtub. The terrace offers a view of the golf course and allows enjoying meals outdoors with the garden furniture. The accommodation also benefits from an included WiFi connection.



In terms of location, the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, offering quick access to beaches, water activities, and resort services. Laundry and departure cleaning are not included in the rental (optional services, rates upon request). This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
