Holiday Home in Lacanau Océan with Shared Pools, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

  • Nestled among pine trees, this 60 m² house is part of the peaceful, family-friendly Les Cigalines residence, less than 2 km from the ocean, 1.8 km from the beaches, and 5 km from Lake Moutchic.



    Recently expanded and renovated, it opens onto a spacious terrace shaded by pines, equipped with a plancha grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals outside.



    On the ground floor, a large living area combines a fully equipped open kitchen, lounge with TV, dining space, and two bedrooms with 160 cm beds and storage. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with wardrobe, TV, and a 160 cm bed, plus a mezzanine sleeping area for children with bunk beds (90 cm). The house offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi.



    A 180 m² garden completes the property, with step-free access and a reserved parking space at the entrance. Guests enjoy two pools reserved for the residence, open from mid-June to mid-September. The town center is 1.8 km away by bike; golf, tennis, spa, surfing, paddleboarding, and bodyboarding are nearby. Check-in is managed by a private concierge.



    Final cleaning is mandatory (available for an extra fee). Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee after your booking is confirmed.



    Several bike rental shops are close by. No pets, no smoking, no events.
