About this property
CHARMING VILLA/NEAR THE SEA/HEATED, SECURE POOL
- Charming recent villa on a plot of 1200 m2 with trees, not overlooked. Villa for 6/8 people with heated swimming pool (heat pump) and secured by motorized shelter. It faces south (swimming pool 10x5). Heated swimming pool from April 1 to the end of October.
Wifi in the villa. Bicycles are available for free to reach the center of Lacanau Océan by the cycle paths in 7 minutes (cycle paths at the end of our street) or 25 minutes on foot.
Villa near the Ardilouse golf course in a calm and green environment.
Pool house with large sofa and hammock will allow you to relax.
Swing and pétanque court
Parking for 3 vehicles.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes:
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, private shower and toilet
- mezzanine with 2 single beds
High-end fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. Bathroom with bath and basin. Toilet.
